Tim Gunasinghe

Tim Gunasinghe is General Manager of Commercialhq, responsible for the management and development of their ventures and projects.

He has lived on the Central Coast for 38 years and has recently resigned as President Terrigal Chamber of Commerce after working closely with Gosford City Council on the recent update of Terrigal CBD including the new car park, to solely concentrate on his position as Vice President of Erina Chamber of Commerce.

Tim has worked in real estate for the last 14 years, both in residential and commercial, with the most of his commercial experience gained at Commercialhq over the last 7 years. Tim’s professional history includes the recent iconic Platinum Building at Erina, located behind the existing Fountain Plaza and Fountain Corporate.

Charmaine Smith

Char has been in radio for over 6 years and still loving it, she says its in her blood, and believe it or not (if you know her) has a background in accounting (not what you would call your typical accountant).

Char loves bootcamp and long runs and doesn’t mind a party or two or three or four. Ohh and did we mention loves shopping

Scott Elwin

For more than 13 years, Scott Elwin has provided accounting, taxation and business advice to individuals, families and businesses. Scott founded Kelly + Partners’ Erina office in May 2006 (now located in the Platinum Building), and he has grown the business to be the Central Coast’s leading provider of expert accounting and tax advice that is tailored to suit each individual client and their business.

Jeff Blair

Jeff was part of the foundation group of the Erina Chamber, and is the inaugural Hon. Secretary.

He also chairs the CBD Committee which deals with planning issues, in liasion with Gosford Council.

Jeff lives in Gosford, and is the Executive Director of Erina Baptist Preschool & Long Day Care. He also is a Management Consultant in the sector where Government funds services conducted by private enterprise. Jeff is also a Director of Central Coast Group Training Limited, a company that trains and secures employment, for the youth of the Coast.

Kim Williams

Marketing Consultant – Sublime Marketing Pty Ltd

Kim is a marketing consultant and event coordiantor on the Central Coast and has been operating her own marketing consultancy since 2003 in conjunction with her role as Executive Officer for Erina Chamber of Commerce.

Kim is responsible for the management of all Chamber activites, functions, sponsors and members and for the last 12 months has been concentrating on expanding the role of the Chamber in Erina and the future growth of Erina.

As a small business owner with a background in marketing, event coordination, retail management and IT, Kim has lived, worked and was educated on the Coast.

Dr Helen Monks

Consultant – Highlight Consultancy

Dr. Helen Monks operates a "one–stop shop" consultancy in property development, environmental management, regional development, approvals project management and mediation. More than twenty years of experience mean that problems are solved effectively.

Helen is an accredited mentor with the Central Coast Business Mentor Service. She is also registered with three State Departments for mediations, town planning consulting and regional development. With six tertiary qualifications, Dr Helen Monks is serving or has served as Chairman, Deputy Chairman, Director or member of many committees and boards.

Tracey Hayes

Tracey Hayes has been associated with the Erina Chamber of Commerce since its inception in 1996. Tracey has a background in community development and for the past 10 years has worked in the Public Relations and Marketing Field.

Tracey is currently employed with Fairhaven Services, one of the largest non profit Business Services/Charities based on the Central Coast. Her role of Public Relations and Fundraising Manager ensures the community business point of view is on the agenda and her experience adds a sense of community responsibility and increases the awareness of the need for business to work hand in hand with the disability sector and be community minded whilst moving forward.

Her extensive knowledge of the local arena ensures Tracey is able to promote the Erina Chamber and its membership at a multitude of levels from local government to big business on the Central Coast and her involvement ensures Erina Chamber has a voice.

Tracey has lived on the Coast for the past 35 years and was educated locally, only leaving to attend university and returning to the Coast to work within her local community. Tracey is well connected in both the local business and social networks and is passionate about promoting the Erina area and the overall Central Coast as a progressive region.
